Vladislav Shuliko, the founder and owner of our company ILMA TRADE SERVICE USA.
Vladislav has a strong background in construction and engineering. He earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
In 2003, Vladislav founded ILMA TRADE SERVICE, a construction company based in Moscow. Over 14 years, the company successfully completed 967 residential and commercial projects, with a peak workforce of 165 employees. Notable projects included:
- the “Kievsky” Hotel and Shopping Complex (http://www.kievskycenter.ru/),
- the “Spektr” Shopping Center (https://spektr-center.ru/),
- the GoodZone Shopping Mall (http://www.goodzone.ru/),
- Uropolis Rostokino (http://europolis-msk.ru/),
- the Moscow City Construction Supervision Committee (http://stroinadzor.mos.ru/),
- the Sretensky Monastery (https://monastery.ru/).
In 2015, Vladislav made the decision to emigrate to the United States. He closed Ilma Trade Service in 2017 and relocated to the US at the end of 2018. By September 2019, he had obtained a General Contractor License B.
Today, Vladislav focuses on commercial and residential construction, specializing in new construction, ADU remodeling, and landscaping. With 37 successful projects completed in the US, he brings his expertise and dedication to every job.
